Bushevik Mafia and the Cowering Media

buzzflash.com

<<...remember, the purpose of "Rathergate" and "Koran Flushgate" was to discombobulate and intimidate the media into not printing or televising anything overtly critical of the Bush regime. Rove cleverly knows how to use the media to cannibalize itself. All he has to do is toss them some red herring and they are off like jackals, devouring each other, while the crimes of the White House go unnoticed and unreported. Furthermore, reporters, editors and publishers become even MORE intimidated about printing or airing a story critical of the Bush Administration.

It is a technique worthy of the mob reigning supreme over the modern technological media, in combination with the fear that the media barons have of offending their corporate benefactors in the White House, Republican Congress and GOP judiciary.

The Mainstream Media seems to have abandoned all common sense...>>

folks are talking about organizing a march in Washington DC...This is to wake up the country, CONgress, and the MSM...The focus would be on the Downing Street Memo...this is from Congressman John Conyers' Blog...

This is great; however, it is more then likely that the Bush Administration will ignore it and the media will continue to avoid it. Letters and emails are good, but they do not force a news story. Has anyone suggested a march on Capital Hill! If 250,000 or 500,000 or 1 million people march on the capital in demand of an answer, the news media would be FORCED to cover the event! Then the story would reach everyone, not just the listeners of Air America or readers of the Washington Post. Shouldn't a march be organized? Wouldn't that ultimately be the best action for coverage?
