No federal judge in this country has the authority to bar an appeal of a final order and/or judgment.

You misread the order. Judge Sparks ruled that I may not bring any new lawsuits against Berber and Moor in the Western District of Texas, without filing a motion for leave to do so first. Though the order does not cite to that part of the record, I consented to that injunction when Berber and Moor asked for it, I did in a filing and during oral argument, stating that this case I filed to determine these claims, no need to file any others in this country.
