I honestly don't recall anyone predicting or speculating about how long our troops would be in Iraq, and I read this thread regularly. No one that I know of has a crystal ball and I would speculate that each and every poster here understands that. This administration never gave a time line for withdrawal, and the informed posters here understand that it is impossible to predict when Iraq will be stable enough to start drawing down troops. I don't believe it is a laughing manner and I'd really appreciate it if you could point those posts out.....or site an example......... if they exist.
