The Nation cannot even feed itself. If they get belligerent with anyone we could starve them out in short order.

That's old style war, jdn. In new style war, America is responsible for all civilian casualties on both sides, especially including those caused by the other side to its own people. The smart enemy will invite the news media in to trumpet the suffering that it has caused.

It's the first war in history that the enemy can safely be presumed to care more about your women and children than you do.

Like I keep repeating, the Israeli/Pal conflict is the dress rehearsal for everthing. When the Pals got so much mileage out of their dead kids, whom they had brainwashed to be martyrs and sent out into the front lines with gunmen shooting behind them, you think others didn't notice their success?

Not really. I especially think the Korean thing is way overblown. These are my reasons:
1. The Nation cannot even feed itself. If they get belligerent with anyone we could starve them out in short order. What happens when you corner a wild animal? Thats what i worry about with NK Same answer for your other NK points

Iran, IMHO is a little more dangerous for the following reasons:
1. Israel is NOT going to let them go nuclear. Right now we are holding Israel at bay, but if they feel we and Europe are not up to the task, then they will strike. This will cause all hell to break out in the middle east and we would find ourselves smack dab in the middle of it. I dont accept that even israel thinks a strike to be wise policy or even if they do tactically possible by her alone.

3. Unlike N. Korea, Iran is a very wealthy nation, the only thing we have going for us is their youth. Iran is largely below the age of 30 and those people would like to have DEMOCRACY. This is why IMHO it is SO IMPORTANT that we get iraq up and running as a Democracy as a shining example of what could be for the others. Democracy more attainable in iran--not arab and have experience with democracy. Iraq democracy is not a prereq for iran. By the way a strike against nuke facilities in iraq may permanently disenchant those students who are nationalists too.
