And as far as your "settlements" go ... isn't it possible that they're settling to minimize their cost and inconvenience. Two months ago I pointed out to you that people at times settle lawsuits to get rid of a "nuisance"; that it's sometimes cheaper to pay someone to "go away". I cited examples. If you sue enough people Ollie perhaps you'll recover all your trading losses. Message 21206034 Now I sure as heck hope you closed out your GOOG short, puts or whatever you had going .. I'm sure no one wants to see you lose another large sum of money ... weren't you calling for GOOG to tank to $50?
