I'm not sure of where you go to view the records, or exactly what procedures you must follow. Presumably it will be made clearer soon. Never-the-less, ALL the records are available to the public now that the Navy has... and you can be sure that lots of political organizations that were clamoring for them ('Swift Vets', Judicial Watch, GOP organizations, etc.) will ALL get their copies. If you don't hear anything from them, I can only suppose it's because they don't see anything that will allow them to make political hay from the records.
