I think the US should step back and let them get to a point where they are behaving like adults. I think the UN ought to impose a solution on the Israel-Palestine situation as they have in Kosovo and failed to in Iraq. If there has ever been a good cause for UN intervention in individual country affairs, that's it. Of couse this will never happen because the US won't allow it. It makes those dancing 9/11 Palestinians, and the strong anti-US sentiment in the ME a little more understandable when you look at it this way.
