IMCL........Agree POSSIBLE H&S (as I labelled it in my last post to you) subject to questions......including the right shoulder you mentioned. Here's what I said to Freepie about it yesterday: <<Not the clearest patterns in the world.......especially volume........and not sure exactly where neckline should be.>> But, as you note, downtrend obvious, and I have been applying TA along the way, e.g.: A triangle Aug-Oct measured to 38.71. A pennant Jan-Feb measured to 34.52. A pennant Apr-May measures to 22.69, with two unfilled gaps on the way.... Both 200d and 50d MAs falling relentlessly...posing strong overhead R... Stock nowhere near taking out any important DT line. Uptick on news started this afternoon few minutes before the close, just as I was leaving..Continued AH, up 1.73 over 30.16 close....IMHO hasn't changed the technical picture... The news is FA, of course...... and the charts rule!!..LOL

OT*** Some AH FA talk..... IMCL......Icahn already owns shares worth about $150M at today's prices.... He's planning to buy enough...as I read it...... to raise his total holdings by from $100M to $500M......(pretty big range, I'd say)..... His present holdings must now be under water, so he's probably very interested in averaging down his cost. And under the regs, he has to announce well in advance that he plans to buy.. Don't know, of course, but that could very well indicate that he plans to buy..........because he's anticipating a further big slide in the stock price over the next few months.....g FA can be read many ways......LOL

IMCL......Double FA whammy......and QUITE a pop......sigh. Fortunately. followed my usual practice of staging in gradually, so not a large amount at stake...Also, Aug and Novs, so time to let the dust settle, and not hugely affected here. Chart so bearish that....as of now.......has not turned technically bullish....even with high volume gap up this AM... So much for good thoughts for the day!!....lol
