I had to fill out lots of paperwork concerning exports back in the 1980s. I know that any requests would have had to work it's way through the buearacracy and would not be approved to any country that the administration didn't want it approved for. TP

You should learn the difference between weaponized anthrax and normal, naturally occuring anthrax plus special labratory-anthrax, similar to lab-mice. In case you were thinking about all the funny US propaganda and mis-dis-information on anthrax and the Ames strain, plus recent mistakes by US labs. Or are you thinking of the nerv agents sold to Iran?? or the pestizides US exports?? or Chlorine and Spick & Span?? I am sure it is fairly easy to understand.
