Terrorists flooding into iraq just as we make some progress in sunni areas--borders (syria and iran) must be controlled. 2. Voinivch having some success convincing other republicans to resist bolton nomination which biden predicted would fail. 3. Many negative things said by biden about howard dean. 4. Remains committed to iraq but wants achievable benchmarks in place for US and Iraq to meet in order for us to continue the fight. He once again talked about more troops for the borders to prevent the terrorists from coming in.
