Look, Michael: whatever the ruling, considering what is at stake here, it was pretty much guaranteed that these issues were going to land before the Fifth Circuit, so it's really unwise for anyone to preempt a legal outcome, especially when Berber and Moor through aliases here make plenty of opinionated statements but make absolutely not a single statement about the controlling law at issue here. In the courts, that is all that signifies, and that will be at issue on appeal.

It is truly pathetic that Berber and Moor through their cronies have attempted to intimidate me against an appeal. It just goes to show what low-lifes they really are. If the record proves anything at all, I am not easily intimidated. The appeal will be filed.
