Kerry also tried to get out of the war as we all know. Fact.
He failed so he signed up for what he thought would be non combat. He was wrong and ended up in combat.

With the luck of some band-aides and bactine he claimed he was injured (while others would never consider that an injury) and was able to get himself out of there as quickly as possible. Smart move. He is still alive, but, it reflects poorly on him. That is what angered so many veterans.

You are absurd to ignore Cliton's War Reality. He Signed up and didn't show. He was officially AWOL. Cheney did nothing of the kind, and Cheney therefore certainly never required a Presidential Pardon in order to run for elective office. But in what you say Clinton did (same as Cheney), you are right indeed, he never claimed anything different. He never claimed the truth. Not unusual for him OR his wife. Bush DID put in MUCH more pilot time than was required of him. You've heard these facts before, you failed to refute them before. Seems to me it is YOU who is the great pretender.
