Good read. Right off the top you can tell that just because one nation prevails over another nation in war, doesn't mean that the victor has a superior social structure or abilities. Grizzly bears and sharks kill people all the time. Does this mean that Grizzly bears and sharks are socially superior to people? In war as in capitalism, people's successes and failures aren't always a function of their ability or brains. There are a lot of random events occurring day in and day out. How these random events turn out can turn a victor into a loser. How random events turn out is of no consequence to the superiority or inferiority of people or their social structures.
