It is implicit in the agendas of the repugs that they are social darwinists. None are alarmed at the widening disparity of wealth, they say openly that success is the result of genes and effort, they don't seem to think government should help the poor foster easy access to education or see to it that good health care is available to all. I guess being anti abortion in some ways could be considered to go against this trend but that is about it.
