Biden "4. Remains committed to iraq but wants achievable benchmarks in place for US and Iraq to meet in order for us to continue the fight. He once again talked about more troops for the borders to prevent the terrorists from coming in." Biden's point #4 was about terrorists flooding into iraq and what biden would do about it. I was talking about iraqi/syria and iraqi/iranian border. What you are referencing has to do with US borders--two different issues entirely and that was the point of my reply to Mike.
