Laz, I do believe President Clinton will go down in history as a standout in the sex and violence category. But we do know that prior to Watergate, such misadventures were underreported, if reported at all. I took umbrage to the pronouncement that we as a collective people thrive on reading about and viewing sex and violence in our MSM and other sources, while implying that good news and other pleasantries are uninteresting to us, and essentially labeling us as a bunch of blood-thirsty, pruriently oriented voyeurs. That is my prime objection to what was posted--TWICE! Not only is this assessment grossly inaccurate, in my experience, it is cruel and it is debasing of those to whom it is directed! - Holly
