The facts are that the Jews and Palestinians have always been at war.

When before 1900 were they at war? Don't write crap without knowing what you are talking about.

But back then the Palestinians and Arabs made constant war on the Jews.

You don't have to go back very far until there was no warfare against the Jews in the Middle East. There were large and stable communities of Jews in Yemen, Iraq, and Palestine. These communities were many centuries old. It was not until the 1930's or so that there was any trouble, and it came about because the status quo of 2000 years was being disrupted.
