brian_h, welcopme, again, and as to <<Hmmm.......Interesting>> Hmmmn ... not really that interesting. In fact quite uninteresting. Matters neither to what is nor what will be, and totally irrelevant to boom bust and recoveries by any stretch of the mental fibre, unless one is a ... oh well, never mind. The guy is a low level functionary and a cracked pot, wanting to stay in a country with quite restrictive immigration policy as compared to say Canada, and wanting to take the ostensibly easy way in, without realizing that the Aussies are not buying what he is trying to sell, namely a list of Chinese names who most likely are just ordinary folks.
