Laz, You left out part of my post, that being my allusion to shunning her politics (an understatement of the highest order). That said, unlike many other politically misguided celebrities, I believe Ms. Baez has genuine and appealing talent. I can listen to her for hours upon hours, and then some. - Holly

Actually, I always enjoyed Diamonds and Rust.

I saw Joanie perform in San Francisco, outside City Hall, the night George Moscone and Harvey Milk were murdered by that whacked out Supervisor Dan White (remember the Twinkie Defense?).

It was actually quite moving.
