There's no reason why the state wouldn't be attentive to the endangered species and I can't get exercised over some strictly local establishments not providing access to the disabled if they can do so without incurring the wrath of their patrons. Not in the context of the stakes at issue. I would have liked to see stronger examples. I don't know if they were just phoning the examples in or if they don't have any stronger ones.
