Well whether its skewed or not, I have not been able to use it for any predictive value. You should see how the 40 hour MA behaves..its almost as erratic as the indicator itself. The NYSE is much smoother.

Meant to ask you today, what do you think of the daily JDSU inverse H&S? Could be good for a 25-30% move. Man, I haven't traded that stock since they were triple digits!-ng
