Bob Novak on west coast resistance to Hillary: No to Hillary Novak is a lot like Safire. When he depends on his internal sources, he's worth a read; but when he does his pundit's bit, he's much too bent by his ideological preferences. And growing more so with advancing age. He's a long time Hillary opponent and is using his column here to change perceptions of her. Rather than actually offer us some serious analysis. This is the Novak that's owned by Dick Cheney; not the Novak that's trying to emulate the reporting skills of his conservative predecessors in the press corps.
