If this isn't an indication that the bubble ends NOW, I don't know what is.

Friend of mine has been playing the Miami condo market. Recently sold all his properties except he best one. Put this property up for sale a few months ago an eigth of a mile down the road from a new condo development which is of lesser quality.

While his condo has now been on the market for a few months, the new condo development sold out before completion for prices above his.

Meanwhile his condo is still unsold. Triangulating with the conversation with another friend from California a few days ago, I bet a lot of the buyers are from out of state and have never seen the property and quite possibly never been to Miami.

Sheer stupidity among buyers right now.
