<were you under the impression that I think there is nothing good about America?! >

Not at all Sunny. I'm not one of those all or nothing, with us or against us types. There's good and bad about everything. Even me. But once I get my modesty right, which I've nearly achieved, then I'll be perfect.

<Business is freer here than almost anywhere else (perhaps Bolivia or Columbia are freer ;) And there is still more freedom of information here than any other country >

Not according to this site. Hong Kong is world champion for economic freedom. The USA is in general not as free as is commonly believed.

<America has enough going for it that it would be a top rated nation even without the free money machine and the imperial troopers. >

The money tree is caused by the other excellent attributes. The money tree doesn't make the USA great. I don't think the imperial troopers are very important. They are probably even a negative, draining resources which would better be spent elsewhere.

<By your own calculation "The value of the US$ pixelation process to the USA is about $500 billion a year". This alone is half the imperial budget. It is more than all the OPEC oil revenue combined. And it is more than the defense budget of all the other countries on earth combined. Give me this money and I bet I could build me an empire too. I think you've rather proven my point. >

The right to run the money tree was earned, not given. That has been a hugely profitable reward for the USA doing things so well for a century. Unfortunately, like so many people do after inheriting wealth, empire, etc, Americans will start [have long ago started] to believe they have some sort of mystical powers and right to be the greatest. Hubris! Pride before a fall.

"They took our jobs!" Since when were jobs "owned"?
