You two are not listening to each other. Both of you are pushing buttons.

There was a comment somewhere in the thread about Biden wanting to Federalize the National Guard. But if this were done - those Troops could no longer be used by the States for domestic purposes because of the Posse Comitatus Act.

In the original discussion about this, Biden was talking about our borders. Iraq was not mentioned.

When you asked for clarification of how Posse Comitatus applied to the situation, I suggested you go back and read Biden's original assertion.

Yesterday, Biden was talking about our borders again.
