"All they had to do was to participate in the elections in the first place." Sunnis want more that just proportional power based on population. They know they cant rule anymore but they want some protection against majority rule. Hell they need a bill or rights and a bicameral legislature that in one branch gives minority more power like our senate. If something like that doesnt happen, it is becoming more clear every day that we are moving to three states. See NYTimes lead story today on militias as more evidence of this. Mike nytimes.com
