Also, we are very happy IPII has sailed through $20 this morn.

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Jun 14, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HISC) announced today that they have entered negotiations to sell their "Cyber" products in various Middle Eastern and Central American Countries. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.s' CEO, Frank Moody has confirmed that he has received a letter of intent to purchase "Cyber" products, and all parties are working to finalize these purchase orders.

"We have been in negotiations, and I plan to conclude these negotiations when I travel to the Middle East beginning June 27th and Central America in Mid July," stated Frank Moody, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.'s CEO.

In the next several weeks Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be delivering the results from its Savannah Port project, where it tested the "Cyber Tracker." Homeland Integrated Security Systems plans to market its "Cyber" line of security products to over 350 major ocean ports, approximately 175 major commercial river ports, and major airports and other secured facilities.
