Bank of Korea (BOK) Governor Park Seung expressed grave concern about a renewed upward spiral in property prices. If rising real estate prices are not addressed, he said, it could destabilize the overall economy, let alone delay the much-awaited recovery

at least the RE bubble is more egalitarian in its wealth distribution

The opposite of the lottery, which a friend of mine describes as a tax on the mathematically impaired.
