Maybe I'm missing something, because I'm not on RB, but from what was posted he said "watch what happens." That could mean it moves up. Did he post something that indicated he had insider information? or that insiders were trading? Claiming something is an SEC violation when it's just an opinion may consitute a violation in its own right. I'm not trying to take a side here but just want to figure out exactly what the factual basis is for which someone who "report to the proper authorities." I'm not saying you're wrong either, but I didn't see any fact based claim in what was posted here.
