If this is an order that will transpire and the $ figure refers to dough going to ill co, not just to the total order as such, of which ill co maybe gets some tiny sliver.

The lowest quote I saw was .0007 x .0009, but it looks like nothing filled lower than 8.

rrufff, I expect this outfit to be shorted and Reg S converted to the maximum allowed shares. Then they will do another reverse split and then everything gets to repeat itself again. IMO look elsewhere for an investment, even for risky investments.
