The author cites two cases to promote his favorite Institute then issues a sweeping condemnation of "the U.S. Department of Justice's Anti-Trust Division, Urban League, NAACP, the Democratic Party and black politicians" with not a shred of further evidence.

That's one small paragraph in the entire article, and it wasn't the point of the article. The article isn't an attempt to bash the urban league or the NAACP. Its about how government often looks out for special interests. The paragraph is somewhat gratuitous and doesn't really add to the article but it doesn't take anything away from the point of the article, which I thought would be one of interest to this thread.

I replied to an old post of yours because the article answers one of the questions you asked in that post. - "Restrictive licensing - hadn't thought about that one. Is it a common problem? Where?"
