Let me get back to you on this. I have been away all day. I will have to review where I read her decisions and my stating my interpretation does not do her justice. I perused her decisions to find out why there was objections to her nomination...and was persuaded that she could not possibly be the best candidate.. Again thinking that it's all politics.. However, it is a mute point as she is now elected and my reservations of her appointment are meaningless. My biggest prejudice against her was emotional in that while she took her time to make a decision about a young boy who had been in an accident who needed medical care, the boy died. She ultimately ruled against him anyway. He had been in some sort of accident.....and the suit was to obtain medical care as he was permanently disabled. Anyone here recall the specifics ?
