On an article on Business week on Friday by Ari Bensinger, an analyst from S&P, he states: "We at Standard and Poor's think WiMAX, with its capability of transmitting network signals covering distances in excess of 30 miles at a theoretical shared data rate of up to 75 Mbps, may actually live up to its billing and change the competitive landscape for telecommunications.

"One company at the forefront of the broadband wireless access market is ALVR (ranked strong buy at $9.69). It provides wireless broadband connectivity infrastructure allowing telecom carriers and service providers to offer broadband data and voice services in the licensed and license-free bands."

The stock still needs to close above its July 8 H of 10.15 in order to finish closing its July 5 downgap.<g>

But from a longer term perspective, the stock is still making a large cup with a good handle and my "target" in a year or two is around the $30 level.(I am not that sure if I will live that long.<g>)
