The army that is supposedly in control of Iraq is responsible for maintaining law and order in Iraq. We should have had 400,000 troops or more.

And that is not Monday morning quarterbacking. Generals who expressed that opinion BEFORE the war started, were fired by Dumbya and his neocon artists. The result? -- mayhem, chaos and anarchy in Iraq. Which is exactly what some astute observers had predicted would happen, if we didn't have enough boots on the ground.
