Ted, It was the Pentagon that did not think that possible. In fact, Hollywood and the rest of the world had been considering the possibility of such a concept for years. Ever see the movie "Sum of all Fears"? Seems like Hollywood has already considered the possibility of a nuke going off on American soil. Then its probably going to happen. Let's hope its not in this life time. There are bad things in this world and you can't protect against every possible eventuality. ted
