Hi MJ, These sorts of issues are not really my forte... in fact, often I pretty much ignore them. There are a few companies that I delve into in a lot of detail. What you say makes sense, but I can't really comment coherently. I can say that your misgivings about the stock are certainly consistent with the chart and technicals, which CLEARLY shows that professional traders and investors have enough misgivings for whatever reason to dump the stock, and very likely are playing the short side here. T
