Here is the first question I'd like an answer to:

Who in the Bush Administration did Lord Dearlove (MI-6 Chief) meet with in 2002?

Seems like a simple question.

Then I'd want the US minutes of the meeting released ... that is the only way for Bush to make this go away ... full disclosure.
