What do you think NK would charge for a nuke?

Any idea of their state debt? The price of one nuke would equal that. History is full of deals like that one. As you suggest based on history, the rest is much more up to creativity than to brute force expenditures.

And what you don't understand is that transporting a nuke is not easy no matter how easy you try to make it seem.
