With the nasdaq listing approval news Monday (probably). And at least a hint of "earnings beyond expiration" involving more than digicams and DVD recorders..my opinion is AEXCA won't be south of 40 much longer at all. Think it is quite a good buy here....

( I don't agree with Ed (as reported elsewhere) that they have nothing to lose suing Kodak. They could lose credibility.
Likewise they have much more than money to gain.)

Thanks for your report, Harvey. Interesting so few people were in attendance. Not exactly a closely watched stock. Have to wonder why it would have been "the stock of the year" as one Fool analyst put it, with so little interest in the annual meeting on the financial community's home turf.
