I actively fought against Dean in the primaries. When you post something, think first. Like I said, the Democratic party is a wide spectrum. Eveything from conservatives to firebrand liberals. The average Democrat is an open-minded centrist fairly liberal/libertarian on some social issues but more fiscally conservative than anyone in the Bush administration.

Dean is not going to work as a poster boy for the right. He is way too accurate in his sometimes blunt straight talk. Occasionally he slips up, but so do most politicians. There is a whole book filled with Bush gaffes and Cheney said F you on the senate floor. Santorum compared the bullied minority to Nazis invading France. Anne Coulter said half the country are traitors. The list goes on and on.

But what's more shocking on the rightwing is that they lie so often. At least when Dean goes too far it's accurate. Even his DElay statement will prove to be true. Delay is not yet charged, but he is guilty of corruption meriting a prison sentence.
