All sorts of cells are indeed human but people are more than just cells. You are composed of cells that are uniquely yours genetically. If you want to cut off your nose to spite your face that is your prerogative but if I do it to you then it is assault, I would have infringed on your "rights" to personal well being. All individual Human persons have intrinsic rights and the unborn are individual Human People, no different than you.
