Interesting. I was aware of some of that, and have followed the Chapman saga for a long time. It gets more and more involved.

Reminds me of another, perhaps slightly smarter crook who gives for free to every e-mail address he can find his newsletter. Firstly he says he doesn't recommend stocks, only lists as many as he can find. But, then he will make special reports on certain stocks. [What's the implication of a special report, if not an implied recommendation?] He also sells "peaks" at his personal holdings, but fails to tell anyone what stocks he holds for free. Oh, and he is more than happy to assist anyone who wants to get into private placements.

Somehow I think this guy will be the subject of news much like
that which came down on Thom Calandra, formally of CBS MarketWatch.com. sec.gov

That article doesn't address the real issues.

Did Dave Morgan,

1. Recommend Sino Silver to his newsletter readers?

2. If so, receive any consideration from Sino?

Sino has split 2 for 1 this week "The old fashioned way". In my opinion, anybody who buys OTC:BB garbage deserves to get sheared. Dave said a week ago that he would address the situation on Freemarket news. I was just over there and didn't see anything or anything on his web site. Just that article by a third party full of unsubstantiated counter charges.

What are the facts?
