Here in Ca., we have mandated staffing levels for RN's- think it something like 1 RN per 4 patients at all times. RN's usually burn out because of grumpy patients and MD's treating them like crap ( from the ones I've spoken with.)

Correct. Same goes for all jobs here in the US including those some mistakingly think only those form Mexico will do.
