LOL! I still value the day in December 2000 when my hubby and I participated with MANY others (police estimate was about 5,000) in the Seattle Republican protest against the Gore continued piecemeal recounts in hand chosen parts of counties in FL. We had a parade permit, had police escorts, and marched from the Federal Court House through latteland Seattle on a bright, and cool, Saturday morning...At least 6 blocks of people marched right through the center of Seattle to the waterfront....complete with Flags flying and banners raised. Most were homemade, because most of us weren't used to professional protesting....this was our first protest!!! The shopkeepers and customers of liberal Seattle had to come out to watch in awe...."OH MY GOSH....LOOK....The REPUBLICANS are having a protest"...... Will wonders NEVER cease! LOLOLOL!
