Campaign finance records show that Thomas Noe (NO'-ee) made campaign contributions to California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and a South Dakota congressional candidate. The records show Noe contributed 10-thousand dollars to Schwarzenegger's California Recovery Team committee last year. Federal Election Commission wkyc.com
