Canada's highest court struck down a Quebec law that bars people from buying insurance to pay their own medical expenses and bypass the province's public-health system, opening the way for creation of private clinics. Now that it is proven not to work in Canada, it must be time to try it in America. Vote Hillary in 2008. Hillary care will solve the problem that caused this. It would be criminal to provide medical care outside ot the government system. This Doctor would be behind bars.
