There was also a case here of a grandfather arrested because he took a picture of his baby grandaughter running around with no clothes on. They decided it was child pornography even though the girl was two years old. Its not surprising. I don't understand TX......on the one hand Texans want to minimize gov't involvement in their lives but on the other, they allow the gov't to take such outrageous stances.
