There was also a case here of a grandfather arrested because he took a picture of his baby grandaughter running around with no clothes on. They decided it was child pornography even though the girl was two years old.

Its not surprising. I don't understand TX......on the one hand Texans want to minimize gov't involvement in their lives but on the other, they allow the gov't to take such outrageous stances. Remember the cheerleading brouhaha.......well its spreading:

Even with the heavy metal band Quiet Riot's suggestive music blaring through loudspeakers at the University of Alabama's indoor football facility, about 500 cheerleaders kept their dance routines modest.
