The briefing paper, for participants at a meeting of Blair’s inner circle on July 23, 2002, said that since regime change was illegal it was “necessary to create the conditions” which would make it legal. Ya' know, this is actually more damning for blaiR than it is for busH. This shows that tony had heard members of his own cabinet had called the war illegal, and had spoken about the selling of the war to these gullible GOPers by bush/cheney and their caporegimes.
