With your experience you should be able to compose a legal document in the form of a proposal for a congressional bill?

You could call it the 'granny bill' in honor of grainne. There seems to be a significant number of people in this country (PETA members, and left wing radicals come to mind) who have been unduly influenced by the cartoon industry. Since Felix the cat we have been anthropomorphizing creatures for entertainment value in various forms of media. Other forms of fiction have been likewise put to misuse. It appears there are a significant number of people in the country who are not able to separate romanticized fiction from reality.

The 'granny bill' should require a warning label on all fiction that is produced for public consumption, or a special GR rating or something; like, 'not intended for certain audiences' (those unable or unwilling to separate fact from fiction).

Thanks in advance,
