That's ridiculous. Thailand probably have highest HIV rates, but what does that have to do with the new speciality hospitals that are comparable to the best hospitals in US, both in terms of state of the art equipment, professionals, professionalism, qa procedures that they follow etc.

That's just the start there's more coming. Even if my group carrier gets it adjusted "downwards hopefully" someone somewhere is paying such bills in their entirety.
